Working together is difficult to do because human beings have deep ambivalence about being
around each other. This is perfectly natural. The WorkingTogether Learning Project is designed not merely to foster the use of
collaboration where ever groups of people have to get things done. The Learning Project is
being built to describe the natural barriers to effective collaboration, and offer strategies
for taking these into account. By understanding these issues, those of us
who form teams and lead teams can get better value from the team's collaborative efforts.
Below you will find a library of programs in the MP3 format about various
aspects of collaboration for your listening pleasure and edification. They will run roughly
three to four minutes unless otherwise noted.
